Willow banks is undoubtedly the best hotel on the Mall Road. I researched slot before booking as we were a group of friends we wanted some place very central - right on the Mall Road so that we can be in the midst of the fun . We came across this hotel and loved it as they have some fantastic eateries too. Their cafe seemed very cute and I read hotel had beer brewing too. Our visit was lovely. The four days we stayed here was enjoyable. Property is very well maintained and also retains its classic charm. The food servicing is good. The in-house microbrewery was my favourite. Totally loved the vibe! From food to ambience. Everything amazing . The stay was very comfortable. I loved the spa too.
Premium property with gorgeous view... well designed and maintained well. I really liked their interiors.. so calming and the rooms are pretty spacious. Ideal honeymoon destination and also great for friends .. they have everything in-house.. fantastic bar. Good luxury spa..and a cafe.. I loved their roof top sheesha bar! So good .. one of the best places in Mall Road. Price wise too it makes complete sense. It's just rightly priced. Hospitality was great .. staff looked after us well

Beautifully located .. looks at the gorgeous hills. This place is a travellers dream. Someone who loves food and hills is going to have a dream vacation here. I checked in and was greeted by good staff. Decent service. My luggage was taken up to a room that was quite spacious and had its charm with big balcony's and woody interiors.We tried two of the in-house restaurants .. one was a bar and one a cafe. Both had food very different from each other. And food quality was good. Taste amazing.. must visit property on Mall Road that's decently priced and offers a good comfortable stay
I visited hotel willow banks on Mall Road shimla recently .. I read a lot about their eateries so I had put it on my places to stay .. I was pleasantly surprised at this property.. it's pretty much quite central. Right on Mall Road. And easy to locate... we stayed in their family suite.. very nice spacious .. as we had a child with us. It was a good experience. Property is having the classic charm and modern amenities. I really liked their food. The restaurants are one better than the other. Their microbrewery bar is my favourite. Super decor and food ... beer especially is great.
It is a good place to stay in Shimla, connected to Mall road, great view, and service. The only issue is that the parking is not available in hotel premises, but the MC parking nearby can compensate. However one can stroll the mall and ridge at night, when crowd/people staying in far places leave early.
Blissful stay at this lovely property . I had booked for our whole family a family room and 2 balcony rooms. I have to say this is undoubtedly amazing view. So serene . The starry town of Shimla at night looks magical. The food too at the property was a hit. The best part was there was a lot of options we could choose from. An in-house cafe, bar, brewing beer place. Everything to keep us entertained. The hotel had a lovely spa too. Very clean and hygienic. Got foot and Swedish massage done. The restaurant is well located and best of all is an ideal place for family.
