Hotel Whitelily - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Very very bad experience for me from this hotel. Room was not clean and bathroom are too much dirty. Very bad service. Room Lock also damage and when we ask change the room they not do that. No passag light in night time we are on the mobile torch. No hot water in bathroom we ask then they told we provide rod(electric water hitter). And that person in reception he was continues cigarette . This place not for the family atleast. Very worst and horrible experience. I thik because of there service they take payment check in time. Very bad no restaurant nothing.

Stay was ok ok. Reason is waited for 2 hours for checkin. Room was not that great although specious. Light in rooms is very dim and not working properly. Socket was broken. Tv channels not subscribed so putting tv is senseless. Staff is supportive . I will rate it 2 out of 5. Outside food is allowed also there is restaurant upstairs.. Only location is good.

This was a painful experience at Hotel. I stayed with my family (Totel 6 members) for 3 nights. Only good about whitelily is the Location of the hotel. Rooms are stinky and no renovation done since long. Breakfast was included while booking the hotel, but we had been denied breakfast as there was some problem with restaurant manager and hotel owner and amount for breakfast had been refunded to us at the time of checkout. At the time of check in, the reception guy asked to change the hotel and was showing very poor behavior. Overall I would not recommend this hotel for anyone even if you have been offered a free stay. A BIG NO.

Rooms are good but the facilities like hot water for bathing are not up to the mark. As well in-house restaurant is not available. Tune-up with other restaurant in the same building which ask you for hard cash after each individual service they render.

For us, it was an awesome four day (2 rooms, 4 ladies) stay at white lily. Managers are so helpful, you ask and they will get it for you. We took a non-luxury room (without Fridge, Geyser and sofa) as was not required. They have lovely roof top restaurant and they serve tasty food. Plus they provided free accommodation for our staff. Awesome Stay! Thankyou!

All things are good but just they need to improve the bathroom quality. breakfast is good and breakfast area is very awesome. location is very good on main road. And tea in breakfast was very awesome. And very smart staff here. I would like to go back to this tour again.

White Lily as the Name, same the hotel great a Lily. A Great place to stay meeting and other activities . You gona love it when you once enter in it. And what to say about services and all these all are awesome. And when you enter in a Room you feel piece and feel free like you are at Home. And 24 hour service is awesome . As they want to come back again and again. Great stay..... Keep it up Guys

Extremely shaaby and unclean rooms. We were supposed to check in at 12 in noon, due to some reasons, checked in at 10pm the same day. When they gave us the rooms, they were stinking like anything. They couldn't find remote for the airconditioner for like 30 minutes, after we gave up and cancelled our booking. Not only this, they didnt even bother to clean the rooms after last checkout, despite the, almost, 12 hour window between our check in time and actuall check in. Wrappers of condoms lay on the bedside, used glasses everywhere, half empty bottles, dirty sheets and washrooms, paints from walls tearing down. This hotel is in a pathetic shape! And the owners and the managers are mum about it! The only regret is that we were so terrified at the state of the hotel and were in such a hurry to leave the place that we didn't click photos!
