First of all I would like to say that this hotel has no objection about pet , they are also take care of your pet very well and absolutely free of cost you can get your pet food.. Stunning location to experience the most beautiful kanchanjhanga.. Food quality is just too good like home made food and very higenic and clean.. The behavior of every staffs are very good and very cooperative. Excellent experience overall we got last 6 days. So must recommend hotel for your family and your pet.
Jst another hotel with substandard rooms and service. They charge as of they are a brand or a chain of famous hotel. We had to bargain a lot in late night. Also services are not that great. Washroom are not clean. Some or the other tap leaks. Bed is not comfortable at all. Menu lacks dishes. Infact few dishes were unavailable even during season. Overall not even ok.
The Hotel White Mountain should not be recommended if anyone wants to stay with comfort with proper amenities. We have taken 4 rooms and each room has some drawbacks. Only the good thing is the rooms are big and bed is clean and wifi is available, otherwise - 1. There are cupboard in the room but dirt is there inside the drawer and further the rod for hanging clothes were missing. 2. There is TV in the room but you won't be able see that as no channel is present. When asked, they said connection not available. 3. Most important and necessary thing is the bathroom where in all the rooms we booked, there are some defects. In one room, the flush of the commode was not working. In another, the faucet, knob was broken and shower was not working. And, in the other room, the water was not coming at all. When asked for resolution, they told us to use staff's toilet which was obviously not comfortable for us. 4. They have menu card that consists of lots of delicacies but in practical, only a few items are available.Even no desert items are available. 5. An unnecessary harrassment is you have to carry Cash only as they don't accept UPI or Card in spite of the fact that it is a a quite big hotel. Moreover, after receiving cash they refused to give change and tried to take whole the money, which is so unprofessional. Thanks!
We visited this hotel with our pet,they give my pet a great experience with humble and humanity ,food, view , behaviour are extremely good and awesome,staffs are very co operative.....we are very happy

It is a good hotel...and the distance of M G market around 5 m walking distance.
One of the most 3rd class hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are very dirty. The washroom exhaust is inside the room. People are not in that good. The food was tasteless. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. N:B - It's not a 3 star hotel it's a 3rd class hotel.
