The worst room they have. Dirty beds, blanket, washroom are not clean. Instead of this so called hotel book station side rooms they'll surely provide better then this.
Room is good. Price on the higher side but still ok. 4000/- per day charges when contacted and got discount. Else they will charge more with tax. Stayed 4 persons in a room. 2 can stay on bed 1 on side bed and 1 needed extra mattress which they gave for free. Rooms are good no complaints about that.
This place is good but the staff of the hotels are very rude not at all helping in nature. They didn't serve any food except some of their fixed items, just like sandwiches, tea, coffee, etc. But if you want to order something kindly order it minimum one hour before. The room service is another disaster. But the location is good, and MG Road metro station is within walkable distance.
Cannot be called a Hotel, it's worst than a D grade lodge.. I regularly booked room at this hotel on every trip to kolkata.. but now the hotel staff is very rude and unresponsive. Booked a deluxe room.. got a small corner room.. with no A/c remote.. noisy fan. Upon that a worst front desk officer. Took 15 mins to just hand me the room key. Think twice if u r planning to book a room at this so called Hotel.

White House was fabulous after we had an awful experience at Aria hotel. They found a room and we're very helpful. Even gave us a fruit basket after making some annoying calls to our room. Good value.
