Good hotel in which is located near the Golden Temple (10 minutes walk) The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony with a view of the city. The Manager and all the staff were very accomadating, helpful and friendly. Would recommend and i would definitely stay here again if in Amritsar.
rooms were good but service was poor - they didn't have toilet paper for two days. Service was incredibly slow and you had to pester to get anything. The front of house staff were more helpful and friendly with helping me to get around but again quite slow. They also overcharged me at check out.
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The pictures and website are misleading. the rooms are older, need deep cleaning. Bathroom is definitely 1 or 2 star. Mine had a leaky pipe making the floor wet and nasty. Wi-Fi did not work and the experience at checkout was not fun since they demanded cash due to their payment machine not working. Definitely NOT visiting this hotel again
Excellent location. Amazing Staff. Awesome breakfast. People are so friendly and accommodating loved the experience. Very nice rooms. Staff was very cooperative, just 700 mtrs from Golden Temple. We stayed for 2 days. Very near to main market also. Recommended for family stay.

We stayed in a Double Room with balcony and the charge for it was 2500 per day which was not worth the room..It's worth 1800 to 2000 not more than that... Room was big spacious with balcony and it was clean..Staff was good ..Food there was bad..This hotel is very near to Golden temple.. Service was on time ...
