Good place for a family stay. Spacious car parking in and outside of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast is good.
We had arranged a office party for dinner... Had worst experience... So much of crowd... At entrance bar itself s located.. not preferable to go with family. Car parking also kept separately.. service very poor.. we have ordered some thing and forget what we have ordered...
Hospitality not good. Asked for water kettle denied flately. Did not provide shaving kit, despite several reminders and confirmation even. Unresponsive and uncooperative staff. Service is worse than a small guest house.

Nice hotel with ample car car parking space in busy central place in Theni. Also a restaurant is available, the rooms are clean and hygienic with nice service. Creats a must visit next tme sensation.
Spent a couple of nights here. Front desk was friendly and extremely helpful. Entire staff were courteous and the service was excellent. Car park was under renovation but a spacious alternate had been arranged. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Room was spacious, neat and clean.
Stayed there for 2 days while on a field trip to Meghamala and it was nice and good.
Worst behavior from person in reception at midnight, we reached theni in midnight and searched for room online and wad found room available at this hotel, so called to this hotel to confirm availability and rates. After that we reached this hotel and went to reception. The person who was in charge at that time was very rude at us and said room not available. A minute before he said in phone room available, we checked online also still many rooms available. This person was very rude. Not recommended for any one. I don't know why some people behave liked this in hotel reception. At least they should be trained how to behave properly.
I had meals for 100rs, hotel neatness and ambience so good. Price is budget friendly and quality and quantity is upto the mark.. enjoy your meals here on route to munnar or Kerala
