Hotel West View - Hotel in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

We visited this place for a family wedding. It was jam packed, but the number of people would have been around 100-200. I felt claustrophobic at times. It was too small for a wedding. The food however was delicious and the service was great.

Hi, Food taste is ok. Staff speak lie specially Mr. Ahuja. When you will book the banquet he said that we will increase snacks item 4 to 5. After that they will not increase the snacks items and specially you pay the amount for import fruits but in function you see that only indian fruits served. My experience is very bad because owner not fulfill the commitments.

This is a very basic hotel. Rooms were very basic with not so good infrastructure. In the bathroom the floor didn't have proper slope and water accumulated there and doesn't go properly towards the drain, also there was no exhaust in the bathrooms. The service was ok, not bad not great, just average The best thing about this hotel is it's location, it's just 5 mins drive away from the Ghaziabad railway station.

Third class service provided by hotel staff. Room Booked from MMT which is already paid, at the time of check in staff is saying we didn't get money from OYO you have to pay us. After 15 minutes of debate he allowed to check in. Then comes to room- Narrow rooms, TV is available but not working, cockroaches roaming in room, stingy and fussy smell in room. Gave used linens to guest. No soap, no shampoo in bathroom. Opted for breakfast but didn't give. My suggestion is- Don't book rooms here, there main business is banquet hall for reception, wedding and all functions. I would give 0 star is available.

All over it is more than good, rooms are excellent, services are good as well but food was just above average a few items were 10/10 but not all. The location is not good, although valet is available but 'on road parking'.

I visited here in a marriage. This is a simple hotel, inside hotel lighting for room and hall is too good , starter snacks available in ground hall , main course available on first floor

Located at very good place. Looks wise it's amazing. The banquet hall is very well decorated. Owner and all his employees are very polite. All the banquet halls are very spacious with a capacity of around 300 people. The terrace space is also best utilised which can be used for rooftop or open air parties. Cost wise also it's good, you can do little bit bargaining. Overall you can definitely consider it for booking.

Not a good place for those people who are staying at 3-4 star hotels ... This place is not good and they have very less accommodation ... Only have 19-21 rooms in total no clean washrooms and all ....
