Excellent location and price. We have stayed here a couple times this year alone. Good staff.

It was a very pleasant stay at Wrlcome Regency. The behaviour of staff, the food and the room was awesome in terms of price.

Nice hotel. Good customer service. Valied room cost, good food quality. Supportive staff. In VIP road near airport this kinds of hotel you can't find. More than 4 time I was visited, really it's a good experience. Manager and Asst Manager are so comfortable to help gusts. This is a decent hotel, good for people who like to stay for one or two nights while traveling as it is very near to the airport, the service of the hotel is good and the food here is tasty as well with reasonable price.

Experience is not good really. The hotel manager's behaviour was very rude. The area is quite calm and good but rooms are very small that 2 person can't stay there. Service is also not efficient. In 3 days they haven't cleaned the room even once and the food here is pretty bad. So overall, our stay there was not pleasant.

My parents are senior citizens and were received very well and the staff helped them through out their stay including arranging a cab for drop off to the airport. Room size is not great but decent enough for two people. Comfortable bed and excellent linen . Overall they were happy and would definitely stay there again in future. Only thing that I felt could have improved upon was the fare for airport drop. 300Rs for 3kms is too steep.

Worth to money, not giving proper information on billing, rooms can be taken without invoice, at time of checkout they will ask additional taxes and charges, food will additional cost which is abnormal

The amenities at hotel is pretty well. Hotel is net and clean. Construction was going on on the top floor. That's why noise was quite disturbing in my room where I stayed. Apart from that, everything was as o expected. The behaviour of hotel staff is really very nice. They are very humble. Even they helped me to wake up early as per my request. Food is very testy.

I had to wait outside hotel for check in as Hotel entry shutter was down. I had to call hotelier many times to open the entry. Requested breakfast at 7 am. I waited till 7.45 am, breakfast was not ready. I had to rush for airport as my flight was at 9.20 am. Be informed breakfast was included in my booking. I had requested airport drop at 7.30. Despite confirmation from reception desk, vechile was not ready till 7.45 am. Bed and bathroom not good condition. No hot water.
