Very bad experience, staff was unprofessional and rude. Lift was not working and no hot water to take bath. Told the same to receptionist he said " why did you book a room with us if it's not convenient." Well hospitality was not there cup of tea. Not recommended even if provided for free.
Liftis not working, no hot water available, asked for consession on final bill for inconvenience but was rudely denied by saying why did you book it if it was inconvenient. Bad approach. Really didn't like it
Very good location, rooms were small but cozy. Food was good in terms of taste but portions were smaller. Room service stars quite late almost by 8am, even morning tea.
Near Akola Railway station ,on main road prime location and clean rooms ...best place for traveler
This is a decent accommodation in Akola railway station area. Like other facilities near railway station, it was filled with the stench of smoke. A good part is, every room has windows which is a rare scene with budget hotels.
Stayed here for 2 nights. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quite clean, staff is very helpful and very responsive, rooms were also quite good. If you have smaller kids with you, you will find difficult to fit in the bed. Generally, there isn't enough space to move around after keeping your language. The biggest disadvantage is that the rooms are not sound proof. One could hear the sounds from other room's bathroom which was very awkward. They have roughly 6-8 car parking spots, these are not covered though. The overall experience was good, so giving it a 4 star.
