Hotel Waves Chandigarh - Hotel in Zirakpur - S.a.s Nagar, India

I have visited this hotel almost two times. When I booked for the first time, my experience was excellent and then I have chosen to stay again second time. In view of my earlier as well as recent experience, the services are very good. They are providing very good and maintained rooms in very genuine budget. I highly recommend this Hotel for a pleasant stay.....

Had an average experience with Waves Hotel. The washrooms are not cleaned regularly. This is my only complaint and the walls have open cracks. But I guess, you get what you pay for. They aren't charging that high amounts too but others are providing good services within same budget.

I must say that it was the worst experience ever..we booked this hotel as it was under oyo rooms and thought that it would be good but no..the worst hotel in zirakpur or Chandigarh. We stayed at this place with family.Rooms were not clean.When we entered the room cigarette smoke smell was all around.Their electricity plugs were not working properly.Ac was in bad condition and when we switched on the Ac,firstly it was not getting up on and after asking the staff,they behaved rudely,they switched that on but after that too Ac made too too much noise and we were not able to sleep at night..Taps were not functioning properly.Shower Handle was broken.Soap holder was in bad condition.Switch boards were not fixed but damaged.They even didn't provide the dental kit,soap,towels etc. But After making so many calls they gave us 1towel which was worn and had many big holes..They even didn't provide us pillow as their was only 1 pillow in the room and asking them so many times they said they don't have spare pillow. At morning theyforced us to check out by 10:30 only.. It was the worst experience we had..and we strongly don't recommend this hotel.Worst staff,Worst behaviour, eveything was Worst.

The hotel is located at a very good place. There are restaurants and branded shops at walking distance. The paras mall is 5 minutes away. Ample parking space, clean and well furnished rooms. Good food.

One of the best OYo properties...the only prob is staff not very welcoming....rooms are clean...well maintained...oyo standard toiletries makes it a better one...OYO agents deployed for such properties ensures a great time at value for money prices

Worst hotel j hav eva seen.. Unhygenic hotel.. Walls crack. I cant explain the condition of washroom.. Totally unhyginic.. Yuck.... Bed sheet too much dirty, torn ... Room lights was broken. Their was spider webs in rooms and bed corners..

Washrooms are not clean.. too much noise throughout the lobby.. No lifts... would recommend if you don't have any choice.

Rooms were comfortable, food served was tasty and good with reasonable price. But the room which we stayed was having water linkage problems and hot was not available.
