Good hotel in Sudder street, Kolkata. Room rent is reasonable. Not very luxurious but basic services are available. They have a bar and spa services in the hotel premise. A message chair at the entrance is available for free of cost.and staff behaviour also so good.. specially the receptionist guy piyush.. he was so helpful and responsible. Must visit

Rooms are ok, nothing special. The management has to keep up the maintenance, which it seems is not very important to the management. Also if the toaster is spoilt you can always get a new one but you can't tell guests at breakfast that the toaster is not available specially when you are charging for breakfast. Small things make a establishment good or bad, i had friends in 4 rooms each had a complaint about something or the other with their rooms.
Nice hotel,well trained staff and location is very close to the new market.
