Hotel Vrindavan - Resort hotel in Ellora, Verul - Aurangabad, India

Our group of 4 friends were on a trip to Visit Ghrishneswar Temple and we found out this place after having conversations with the locals.. We had a stay at this hotel and the room was clean and well maintained. Room was also quite well furnished. Food was also tasty and pocket friendly.

Perfect Stay for family. Below review is based on my experiences of staying at the hotel Firstly i would like to highly recommend this Hotel for every family with kids/parents/ freinds. Hotel owner madam was generous and courteous. She ensured that our stay should as comfortable as possible. Location : Location is spoton and convenient, situated on main road, right side you have Grishneshwar Jyotirling temple and left side Ellora caves/temple (02 mostly visited places) on walking distance. Parking : Ample parking inside the Hotel property. Rooms : Hotel rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay: Spacious, large comfortable beds covered with special bedspreads that get made by themselves, AC was working properly, remote was provided to set temprature according to your need. Room was fitted with TV having Tata Sky connection, working fine. Bathrooms was properly maintained and cleaned. Supply of Hot and cold water all the day, toilet type-wetern. Food : Vegetarian, delicious & tasty. Hotel's own restraunts start serving food from morning to late evening. Breakfast having variey of food like Southindian/ maharashtrian/northindian. Lundh and Dinner is having veg main course with lot of options. In the last. On the whole was a very comfortable stay.

Good things: location. Near to temple, caves. Bad things: Cleanliness: bedsheets were not clean, We asked to change. All furniture was not clean. No room cleanup service. All the debris was lying beside the room outside balcony area. Food: food comparatively ok.not much options are available. Price: compared to other hotels in the area, This is cheaper but not worth of paying it as other facilities are not up to the mark. Service: There is no room calling or intercom facility. Everytime we have to call the person on mobile for any requirements. While checkout we have not even received the complete bill details. Room AC was not having remote to control the temperature. AC temp. Was set to 16 and we couldn't even control it. Due to this, entire AC unit got frozen with ice and started water leakage inside room. We asked owner and other staff to help with cleaning the room and check the AC. They cleaned it but no use as it leakage started again. As table below the AC and chair was wet, We ask for extra table in the room but staff refused. There was no dos and donts information in the hotel and not even communicated. Food plates are not cleaned for 2 days which was kept outside the room. MOST IMPORTANT after putting review, lady called us on number provided and asked for what was wrong with services and started arguing with us and threatening us by saying "she will also put review and post video of smoking outside the room". Lady called us 4-5 times. Anyways we got the room in our budget.

The lady owner is selfish and mean. I called her and discussed room price and paid her advance but she then increased the room price and when i disagreed, she didn't redund the amount initially.

South Indian breakfast served at this place is so delicious. Masala Dosa is highly recommended. Had a yummy breakfast to start the day out in Ellora. Staff was polite and service is also fast.

A budget friendly hotel with decent rooms. The service and staff behavior was excellent. The food at their restaurant is very tasty . Their sev bhaji and south Indian breakfast is must try.

Hotel was quite OK Food was good. Service was not much good as compared to tourist places. Lots of parking space available .

Very poor hotel rooms. High tarrif. AC dosent work properly. Hotel staff not willling to service rooms or clean them.
