Verity of room options available. As of 21/10/2017 for ac (double bed) rooms they are charging Rs1500 and Rs1800 and Rs950 for Non-AC room. 18% GST charges may be applicable for rooms above Rs1000. They also serve nice vegetarian food. With good seating and parking space it's a decent place to stay. The only problem is they accept ONLY CASH, no option for credit or debit card payment.
Room was not left uncleaned because maintenance work was on (I guess no time or supposedly do all cleaning work at one go). But service staff or maintenance workers managed to enter into the room when I was not there as I found dirty footsteps all over the room. 1300 bucks in Seoni but real bad deal.

Third quality and very expensive rooms. Matteres are so hard and leakage in bathroom. Worst experience ever. They charged Rs.1800 per night and this is total worthless.
Often use this hotel for pleasant stay while u want to sleep tight and peacefully . Service is too good as the employee are also good in nature
I stayed 3 days in this hotel but during these days bed sheet was not changed. Some days I used same and also a bathroom was not clean.
-TV not working. Replaced the TV, that too was not working - AC not working. - staff behavior not good. - very expensive in comparison to facility provided.
Hotel situated in the heart of city, well maintained and food quality is also nice.
