Stayed for 2 days with my family, we booked three rooms. The hotel is located in the centre of the city and thus is well connected to all the main areas of Indore. The staff is polite and courteous. The breakfast was good too. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable and yet comfortable stay.
One of the best hotels in Indore city located near almost every tourist spot. Rooms are very clean and neatly maintained surely go for it. Sunil kataria sir is very helpful and always there to help you.
If at all there's a definition of the worst hotels then this one tops it. This is the worst hotel in the city. There's no parking space. Being in the middle of the city there's a lot of commotion. Absolutely no etiquette in the manager/owner about how to talk to people. They don't allow you to park in front of the hotel for whatever reason. If you wish to enjoy the hotel experience then never ever book this one. One of my worst experiences. Even the food service is bad. It is easier to go out and eat than order from the hotel. The manager/owner is looting the customers.
I stayed here for 3 nights with family for visiting Ujjain and Omkareswar. The service was good. Gajendra Singh Rathod was there to help us with any sort of help required. Food was also okay.
This time the room wasn't up to the mark as compared to my last stay. it's required to be cleaned more, the kitchen wasn't operational due to Lack of manpower. but still i personally preferred n recommended it to the others. The staff was too polite and friendly, you can access the good taste of indori poha & kachori near the Hotel. The ambiance of these hotels is excellent.... overall a good experience with absolutely Value For Money
Had a comfortable stay for 3 days. Mr Sunil K, the manager of the hotel is a nice person. He helped to arrange the taxi service for both Mahakaleshwar temple and Omkareshwar temple. Overall the staff is good and the service is excellent.
We enjoyed a lot our stay, free of any disturbance , sleept tight. The room and bed sheets were clean . We got indore breakfast and it was very tasty. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking area available. It is located in a good place near to Sarafa Market. I have to mention that the recepcionist welcomed with a smile , We felt confortable since the first minute and the most wonderful thing is that is PET FRIENDLY. 100% recommended
Location is near to station and sarafa bazar . Hotel is nice , rooms are clean and spacious, staff is courteous ,did not ordered food. But breakfast was included and it was just ok. Paid 2350 for deluxe room which proved value for money based on the location and quality
