We booked two rooms through online hotel booking app for our family. But when we reached hotel they denied the booking and told them that they don't have any rooms available. This kind of burst management they have. They don't understand customer feelings and believe in making moneys through direct bookings. But our Kanha ji was with us and we get very good hotel infront of Prem Mandir through direct booking.
Third class management, don't know how to talk with ladies. Toilets smell a lots. Restaurant serves order in approx 1 hour. Find a piece of rubber in my maggi, after complaint, waiter smiles and said aisa to ho jata hai kabhi kabhi. Ridiculous.

Rooms are old and AC is also old and hotel service is very poor. Dining plates are not provided at the ordered such as I've ordered four plates but they gave me two as their service policy and Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. But the manager is very gentleman and polite in behaviour and also very helpful. The hotel's location is also very good as it's located by the side of the road and nearest to BakeBihari Ji temple. The rooms and service should be improved. I suggest anyone for nearest location and hotel manager's behaviour.
Most pathetic experience, rooms are stinky, Extremely Pathetic behavior of the reception desk staff. They don't know to talk to a customer. Not recommended at all.
Their were lizards in room running the food was good but they bill more than its mentioned in menue
The washroom, lift and restaurant are not cleaned. No early check-in and extra hours is very costly.
