Very Good stay, Room was excellent and the hotel staff is very courteous. Only thing to improve is the Mattress provided as extra bed was Extra thin and hard. Also the towels provided was just one for 3 pax. That spoiled the sleep. Hotel Vrinda Palace, please see to these things.

This hotel rooms was so dirty. In the bathroom there were beetles and lizards. Air conditioner and shower are not working well. But the service and location is good.

Building Facility is good but not to maintain and not care it. Nobody aware for hotel and customer. Cleaning is bad only eye wash. Hotel staf is not mature atlist not share the drinking water and water bottle recycle and used bottle fiil up the water. Wash room not available. The hotel staf had no any respect and nobody can resolve it. Bad seat provide after three time inform and extra bad is look like wearing clothes.
