It's been a great experience overall. But, the one thing that I didn't like about this hotel is that they make you pay the rent everyday for extending your stay at the hotel. It doesn't feel good when someone pokes you everyday for rent.
Rooms quality is very nice. Owner & receptionist behave very politely . Food taste is very good. I'm very happy to stay
Poor hotel with uneducated staff. They don't even know how to treat their guests. No basic amenities in the room like soap, towel etc. Staff was so rude and pathetic. Don't go for good reviews, they are all fake. Book any dharamshala rather than book with them.
I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (Vrindavan). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Very good service..very near from Prem mandir
Wish I knew earlier. Price sky-high 1950 for one day. No toiletries are provided. Blanket given for two adults was a kid's small blanket. No hygiene at all. Balcony full of hairs, dust and everything you can imagine, paan stains to used bottles thrown all over. No backup for even ceiling fan/single bulb if electricity is cut off in daytime. To request for a blanket had to make multiple calls and finally had to go to reception after almost 6 hours to pick one myself, that's hospitable the staff is. There's no dustbin in the room. There's a kettle stand but no electric kettle for tea. There's a glass but no water jug. Wish the services were true value for money.
Room was good but bathroom was worst not clean services not upto the mark the late night power up and down makes more uncomfortable

Took makeup from this salon and it's worth . Makeup was very good and i liked it so much. Best part is they use good brand products. Usually i have breakouts after makeup but this time no breakouts. Happy customer. Makeup lady rocked it.
