Hotel voxton - Hotel in Thane, Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

Disappointed with the size of the room. It's just a queen size bed room. Not even a single chair can fit into the room. The cleanliness of the rooms and washroom is good. Prices are not matching as per quality of room size. standard and deluxe rooms size is not standard as per hotel industry. I am just wondering what the premium rooms will be. Staff needs to be polite and humble in this industry which we don't find.

Good family friendly hotel. Rooms were well maintained and clean, the bathroom was also clean and hygienic standards maintained. Services rendered were good. The breakfast offered was a buffet system that was very filling. Location also is good considering for Mira Road - Bhayandar. There are good number of restaurants and eateries nearby. Easily can be located on maps for anyone's convenience.

I enjoyed my heart. Rooms are cozy and good for almost every weather, Loved my experience, all the staff members are extremely cooperative treated in a friendly manner throughout. Homely treatment, always making sure to meet all the requirements . Aesthetic scenic views , top notch food. Washrooms designed with modern amenities. You'll be taken care of every minute.. whever you need.. Housekeeping staff is again commendable. Gave more than 100% to maintain the hygiene.

A wonderful hotel in entire Mira bhayander best service by entire team of was im sir had a fantastic stay with my family.....

Had first visited and stayed at this hotel in 2021 and we were very happy back the the service, the room being absolutely clean and fresh. We recently stayed at the place again for 2 nights 24th to 26th morning checkout. We luckily got the same room 105 which is triple occupancy and I must say the room felt as fresh as it did when we stayed in it in 2021. The service is still top notch and customer satisfaction is still their top priority. Mr. Wasim who assisted us right from the time of our booking till our checkin and eventually check out is truly a gem of a person and super polite and helpful. * * * * * Rating for Wassim. A soothing place to stay with family & friends. Fully hygienic & sanitation environment. Staff seems to be very professional as well as cordial. Presentation is good as comparing to other resorts. Highly recommended to all and Really planning my next visit soon.
