Just went to an engagement function so I am rating only the event hall. Hall is good to conduct small functions but dining area is very small. Hall is very neat and clean.

We stayed there on the NEW YEAR's eve and had a great time with my whole family. The pool was maintained and was private, as in when 1 family is using the pool, it was only the time for that particular family. Also the room was clean and comfy.Ram helped us with the booking and checkout and the Caretaker Nelson uncle was so kind and helpful throughout the stay. We will surely visit more often . Thank you team.
Nice service, good for families within the budget
Few Years back, I stayed in Hotel VLR Residency in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu and it was a great experience. The room service was great. The Breakfast was tasty and awesome. Still there is a scope of improvement by introducing more menus and options. The rooms can be more spacious for this price. You have space just enough to walk around the bed in some of the rooms, hence giving an overpriced feeling.
I am very sorry to say this hotel staffs are very rude in nature. Today my friend and i visited this hotel for lunch. There is 4 persons table are fulled, six persons table only empty more over there is no crowd too but the staff there is asked as to wait to 10 min , so that the 4 person table will free. They think that they are offering food for free. Such a ridiculous behavior in my entire life i will never go this restaurant again.
This place has good ambience. Rooms are clean and spacious. The temp of room is good although it may get cold at some times. The restaurant available over there is great. The food tastes great. Prices for the food are decent same as any restaurent like sea shell. It has hot water available. So, that's a plus. Room service is good. The marriage hall is decent but the dining hall is small. It may cause some traffic during functions. It has parking. Also multiple exits are available in case of emergency.
