Location is very apt as it is the centre point to various different spots around , where you can easily get conveyance around. The rooms are okay and spacious, as it seems little old ,yet when I requested,got the sheets changed at once. AC was functioning well, TV is there in the room as well. It is a budget hotel for stay, in the price all across the location as I checked. The hotel staff is really well groomed and professional, they facilitate the check in and check out at ease. The food I tried was also good. Parking space is available for few vehicles. Only thing is they do not have a lift at the place , the rest was amazing.
The owner of the Hotel Mr. Vivek was very helpful and courteous. I requested him to arrange the booked room on the first floor as the guests were too old to climb steers and he arranged the room on the first floor. Also all the other support staff were also very polite and helpful. Overall a great experience!!
I recently stayed here with my Parents. We had a pleasant stay here. The room was neat and clean and so was the washroom. The room service was good. The food they serve is quite tasty. The location is prime, next to the General bus stand. Overall it was a good experience.
hotel vivek is well maintained & having close proximity to City hub is one of best while in Jammu. Reception Staff & Management is very good. everything OK however size of room is very small as compared to size shown. room size is no where is ok
