Room was clean. Bed, bathroom ..etc. I will give 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. They have paste and towel for our use which is also neat and clean. ... The view from the Hotel is gr8.. beach, statue and light house view is awesome.
Value for money. Attached bathroom with geyser. AC is optional l, if you need they will enable it with additional charges. Private parking is available. Roads to reach the hotel are small but SUVs can be driven to the parking space. If you are looking for a budget stay this is the right place. You can get sunrise and sunset views from your room balcony.
The staff behaviour in good. Rooms / Bathrooms are clean. Room/Bathroom is quite spacious.There is dedicated parking for cars&bikes. This is a good budget option. Wifi was very good at fourth floor.
The best views in town, as far as we could tell! We could watch sunrise and sunset from our unobstructed fifth floor balcony. Our room was clean. Staff arranged for dinner to be brought from the Viswa Grand and was generally helpful. Renovations are ongoing and and amenities were minimal, commiserate with the price.
First of all the pictures don't look alike.We were fooled by them. The balcony view was nice but in the middle of the night the electricity was gone and AC did not work.
Wow, seriously unbelievable with the cost for a Family room. Excellent Room service. The only disadvantage is that a big car can't enter into the street except that everything is fine.

The only two good things were the wide view from the balcony and the rather low price. Besides those things it was an absolute nightmare. WHY? The air conditioning was out of work, there were no towles and no soap, the bedsheets had stains on it, the walls are extremely thin and additional to that, the other guests were enormous loud so GETTING SLEEP WAS NO OPTION. Ok so the hotel can not control the people but at least they could have said something in order to maintain silence... So just to make it clear, the noices lasted untill 11pm and began at 4:30am in the morning this day... All in all, I will never come back. I do not recommend anyone to check into this hotel in the first place!
