It is not good for family stay,washrooms are also dirty flush is not work properly..not good breakfast unhygienic rooms and pillows curtains bad experience...
First of I would like to say that this hotel is not in Gandhinagar, while I was searching hotel in Gandhinagar it was there and mistakenly it was booked, so please be carefully. it's a floor taken from a hotelier, no service is there, no breakfast no food. Have booked including breakfast but when I asked the staff he said we do not provide breakfast, if you insist I can arrange a tea from downward, then I called his owner, phn number was switched of so I asked him to call on alternate, after discussion and more than 1.5hr they provided one sandwich to me. for a staff word they have 1 person in day and one cleaner use to there for night shift. This place is waste of money.
You have to tell them to change bedsheets and wash washrooms.(there were hairs all over the bed) Because someone from staff may be,using the room or they didn't clean-up after previous use. Also there is written, No smoking is allowed, someone from staff may be did smoke in the loo. Otherwise everything is good.
I will recommend to people Who Searching near by location there, don't ever go there, i had personally worse experience with Staff and Owners, when i did Check in there hotel room was So much messy smelling all over the room very Unhygienic and Filthy with dirty bed they are Charging huge of Cost but in return Service cleaning Not they provided when i was go there Complaint to Staff owner at receptionist, On the contrary, he got angry flare up on us. and began to molest us like punk hooliganism. The room is good but cleanness is required in the bathroom. In the service, does not available breakfast, laundry, sealed water bottles, etc. It's only for pocket friendly.
Hotel is like D grade..very unhygienic rooms, smell of drinks and cigarettes everywhere. Bathrooms are very dirty...no hot water...no ventilation
Service given were extremely good. Very Polite front office guys... They dont have a restaurant, but gets food ordered and serves in room. Cleanliness and maintenance needs a little more attention. Very comfortable setup in the room. Room service - Instant !!!
Solo travelling can be tiring, so all you can ask for is a comfortable and good stay. This place provides you with all of these. The location is nice and preferable. Though there was no food facility as I did not get breakfast, lunch or dinner at the place. They have really good staff. The room which was provided to me was nice and clean. Overall it was a good stay.
