Liked: Booked this place just for a night to catch the train early next morning. The biggest positive is the proximity to the railway station. It's just a 3 min walk to the station. The room was big enough for two people and our luggage. The bed was firm but comfortable. The TV worked. AC was also good although it took a while to cool. There is hot water geyser for the bathroom which was also good. Disliked: The overall cleanliness was not up to the mark for the price (a standard problem with most places in Dehradun. Its like the hotels have a low standard of hygiene). The hygiene could be improved significantly. The bathroom could do with a scrubbing. The room floor also looked like it had a lot of stains like it had been mopped with dirty water with lots of shoe prints. Room service to get the towels/water was slow.

Excellent location if you want to catch a train. Provided an extra blanket when asked. Outside food is not allowed even inside the room. The walk path to reach the hotel from railway station is dirty. The water bottles provided were costlier than outside. Visitors are not allowed in the room. Absolutely zero noise protection. Anyone talking outside in the corridor could be heard in the room. There was a long check-in process. Some lights in the room didn't even work. There were no lights in the corridor.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the Railway Station. If you have to board a train then this hotel is the best. Apart from that it is average. Rooms were not clean and the electrical switches needed repairing. Only book this hotel if you have to reach the station.

Neat & clean room, Hotel Manager is very supportive person staff are well behaved. have good parking space according to vehicle. it's near by Dehradun Railway station, walking distance. all the transportation are avilable near by the hotel. next time, I will rate it 5 star, if they work little bit for washroom. over all good experience.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the railway station and is the main market (Paltan Bazaar) is also at walkable distance. Rooms and good, neat and clean. The bedding and blankets are also clean. The staff is very good here. They are prompt in providing services. I visited there with my family and had a great stay.

Room was good. Maintained well. I got room 302, but it's bathroom was stinking. Bathroom was looking clean but don't know where the smell came. I had to use exhaust fan to reduce the smell. Location is very near to the Railway station, you could see the Hotel name just you get out of the railway station. Food is just okay only. Price is high compared to other restaurants.

The property is very near to the Railway Station and have enough parking space. Hotel is very budget friendly. Rooms are good and very quick service response. Only need to work on maintain/clean reception area because customer see the first reception area and create some perception about the Hotel. Overall a good experience.

They know this guest will not repeat as hotel is at railway station. They promise something on call but when you reach at hotel and you have no option. They will cheat you... Room service is worst... No cleaning, food quality is worst if we compare prices.
