A great hotel for travel and other purposes. Most excellent service in a cosy, organised setting. Safety precautions and customer service are their first priority, as evident by their service response. Their atmosphere has a cosy feel to it. An extremely good hotel with spotless rooms & washrooms. The personnel is also trustworthy. They also do not hesitate to return your payment in case you aren't satisfied with their services.
the stay was not good at all.the room was not clean and hygienic. the cigarette bud was found in bathroom. the centipede was also found in the bathroom. the room size was very small. there was no any staff to take away the glass in which tea was given on day which i have arrived in the hotel. the tea quality was not good. i have also pay for the three bed, but only the foldable sofa was given. there was no any bedsheets , blanket given after i have also inform on reception to provide the bed sheet and blanket. there was no any phone extension was there to call any room service. no any cleaning of the room was done for the days which i have stay. the room service was very horrible. hotel location is not good due not getting any proper conveyance to go anywhere.plz do the needful.
