Location and accommodation is too good. Near to Arga Cantt station walking distance. Market is near for Breakfast lunch and dinner. Specially hotel owner with his staffs behaviour is nice and politely also Neelam Driver is helpful to discover place in Agra. So I recommend..
Bad experience....the owner completely turned from his words. At first he'll talk to you very sweetly later during check out he'll show his real colours. Told some different rates and took some different !! Even doesn't treat his staff well. Just their driver Mr. Neelam was very kind and honest person. He was well mannered and did his job the best...
Great hotel if you are speaking of the budget friendly category. Very near to Agra Cannt railway station. Hotel also provides Agra and Fatehpur Sikri tour packages. Well-mannered owner and staff. Would request the management to improve on some basic facilities like food service and hot water facility in bathrooms.
This hotel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings) It's location is in the heart of Florence and it's an easy walk to get anywhere but it's on a side street, too near the Agra cantt railway station I stayed in a double bed Non AC and moved to With AC room and had no complaints whatsoever - of course reviews like this and the ones below makes this a popular place to stay and best things about this hotel that hotel staff treat like you as his family members, I don't think there was one day when this place wasn't fully booked - don't think extra and don't search for other option book early.
Undoubtedly one of the most hospitable, modest as well as responsible receptionist and manager that I had ever met in my life ....Rooms are moderate....Ac and Non Ac both types are available....but the shower for bath was missing... which is not at all appreciable.... tariffs are reasonable....and location is just near the AGRA CANT Railway station.
