A cozy hotel located near Tenzing Norgay Busstand in Siliguri. The location is a little inside of the main road, making it a peaceful stay. The staffs are friendly and cooperative. They have their own restaurant, food is available there.
Washroom and rooms are clean.
Horrible experience on booking online. The booking terms were on lines of payment at the hotel itself after checking in but room was confirmed already. We reached and found out that our room was given to someone else, allegedly as we didn't pay 50% of the cost earlier but on Agoda and many such sites there were no options of prepaid. So, we had pay 202 more than out preferred room cost to get a room, that looked shabby, with broken mirrors, stained bedsheets and sick ceiling fan counting its last days.
P.S. never ever book their rooms without prepaid. Otherwise they will fool you into paying more on rubbish rooms
Impressive service.. it has no restaurant but they do provide alcohol in room with some extra charge. The best part is that they provide full night spa service in the room by female.
Air conditioner needs to be change but location is perfect

Really one of the eorst hotel experiences of my life. The reception is bad, the rooms are uncleaned, unhygienic and messy, the beds are full of bugs and the not at all like how its shown in the pics.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.

Full furnished place with day to day cleaning facilities and the food is good and the environment is free and no one disturbs you for no reason. Wifi is also available and everything in all is great.
