Hotel Visakan Rameswaram - Hotel in Rameswaram - Ramanathapuram, India

I book two rooms in hotel on 17.11.2023. The hotel has no parking and no auto service will be reach there. You have to walk 700 metres. We reach this hotel 700 metres walking with heavy luggage. At the last moment the hotel say that your room is not there . You book our sisters concern hotel . Which is 2.3 km away. When I show the messages and hotel name then they told me that we can arrange the rooms in hotel . After wasting my 2 hours I will not get rooms in that hotel. Very disappointing. Never book this hotel.

Rooms are small, bit pricier, but can expect due to the proximity to the temple. Narrow roads to reach the hotel. Ample parking space provided by the hotel. If you can't get to the hotel using Google maps, call them they will come to your location and take you to the hotel.

We stayed for three days.very comfortable rooms near by temple.only 2 minutes walking distance. Neat and clean bathroom.staffs are good.big car parking available.

We stayed for two days. Neat new rooms. Very near to temple. No lift is there. Also they didn't provide bath towels. To reach there in the own car is a bit cumbersome as the parking place is in a small gully. Enough space for parking is there.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night (actually planned for 2 night ). Pros 1. Location is the best, near to temple east gate and near to Agni teertham. 2. Complete room is covered with tiles infact whole hotel is covered with tiles so it looks bright n new Cons. 1. Google shows its 3 star but actually it's worth 2star or small hotel category 2. Booked for 2 night AC room ,they didn't provided bath towel, toiletries, no water bottle not even 500ml. 3. Bed was covered with single bed sheet which is little transparent you can see the bed and blanket is average (cloth quality is like towel material) 4. No breakfast arrangement but that's okay they said while booking. 5. No proper ventilation of window 6. Room size is small like 10 X 11 feet max (Room S2) 7. No lift facility so difficult for elderly people Staffs - hardly interacted with them after checkin /check out ( so no comments)

We stayed here for two days. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Very close to temple, beach and Theertham entrance. Staff's behaviour is good and helpful. No lift is the only negative about this hotel. Overall experience is good.

Referred. By a friend , we booked the hotel from Chennai. Found it to be brand new. Clean and neat maintenance. Comfortable rooms. A/C is very effective. It is located near by the temple and the sea. The approach lanes are very small. So only small cars and bikes can enter the lane. I didn't see any lift here. We had our rooms on the first floor so we had to climb the stairs. Luckily we didn't have too many luggages so it was much easier. Happy with our stay here.
