The location is very much closer to the old busstand,due to summer heat the rooms are like a muffle furnace, The outside climate is so nice with the evening breeze whereas inside the room it's like burning ourselves in a boiler.
The room was good, neat and clean. The bathroom was spotless as well. The reception staff were quite helpful as well. An "amenity kit" and a bottle of water was provided at the time of check-in. Location wise the place is easy to reach - like less than 5mins away from Thoothukudi old bus stand and has a good vegetarian hotel near-by.
Nice hotel to stay. Budget pricing for A/C. Close to Bus stand and good restaurant. Close to shopping areas as well. I recommend for business visitors.
Hotel was average. Room was also average. Rooms are spacious and partially clean. AC was not good, also curtain was very much poor quality. Recommended for single business travellers for budget stay in Tuticorin.
Poor customer service. Ac is not working and very bad, in condition. TV is not working. Room is not clean. Floors are very sticky. Walls are very dirty. Bathroom light is not working. Bathroom buckets are broken. No response after informing also. Please don't ever think of staying in this type of worst hotel and waste your money
Don't ever step into this hotel. Useless service. Reception staff was arrogant, It's just a name sake AC hotel. The AC is useless, No hot water available. Not worth the price. Worst experience in this hotel. We stayed for 2 days and very arrogant behaviour of staffs is not acceptable. No proper lighting.
Apart from the advantage of location, nothing much. The receptionist is very hostile. though they claim wifi is available, it's not. They won't give the password.
Absolutely average rooms at above average prices. One can definitely get better deal than this hotel. This hotel needs to bring price down.
