Hotel is located on National highway, accessible and closeby from Kotakkal Ayurveda College. Rooms are spacious yet stuffy as windows are covered with tinted glass, which is very unusual which makes the room dark and dingy. The mattresses are old saggy and not at all comfortable to sleep. Bedsheets are dirty, soiled and not washed. front desk staff take a lot of time to complete check-in. There is no Room service . I stayed for three days and inspite of requesting room was not cleaned for once. Served breakfast at 9 am. They have limited options.for dinner .I don't recommend dinner at the hotel.

Very very poor service and food . Don't opt this hotel for any function. Better take another hotels for food. After the rply from owner. Grabbing We only conducted the buffet party. The rude performance of the staffs and insufficient food, serving to all make all the fun. Word from owner:- for all the guests using bare hands in an inebriated condition. Your staffs serving like that we don't . And our suggestion is guide your staffs to don't do like that. Don't cover up your faults. And we 15 peoples after the meeting is having the food and all 15 shared the same . I don't think it's all 15 peoples mistake.
Amazing dinning experience. Don't expect a huge dinning area and buffet counters. But what you will get a premium service with warm pleasantries. I never experienced such a warmth from restaurant in kerala. How many times a waiter asked you, did you like the food,, and thank you at at the end of your meal.. Food is tasty and well served.
Food was pathetic . We ordered dosas and the dosa was sour than the curd.And the sambar they served too was stale.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, they were always friendly i highly recommended this hotel for enyone visiting kottakkal
