Hotel Viraat Inn Gaya - Hotel in Gaya - Gaya, India

I recently stayed at HOTEL VIRAAT INN in Gaya, Bihar, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The rooms were disgustingly dirty and infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bedsheet provided was also unclean. Furthermore, most of the switchboards were broken, posing a safety hazard. To add to the discomfort, the geyser was not functional during my entire stay, despite multiple requests to the hotel management. Their lack of concern and failure to address these issues was extremely disappointing. Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory and unpleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic accommodation.

One of average budget hotel near the railway station. Location is a bit off the main road in a gulli. Serivice is polite but tardy. The manager was helpful in giving advice on our purpose of visit. Stayed there for two days, the purpose was to carry out religious rituals at the ghat. Loaction is crowded, noisy and messy. Front of the hotel has kachra dump. But on a budget you can't complain much.

Top reason why you should not takes room in this Hotel..- 1. *LOCATION*- (i) Atmosphere around it , is very bad. (ii) There is unhygenic system around it. (iii) There is rash driving around this hotel. 2.*SERVICE*- (i) When we enter the hotel there is no toothpaste in the Bathroom. (ii) In formality, they only give a very small soap and one pouch of clinic plus shampoo. (iii) If you want to order something you have order that before 10 to 20 minutes earlier and after 45 min. They give your item even a single cup of tea. " BY HE WAY THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF MEMBER AND OWNER IS VERY SWEET" 3.*FOOD*- (i) They order food from nearby shop and serve to us i am saying this becoz the all food was packed completely which i think that is not given at hotels. (ii) They don't give serving spoons , plates and bowl until we ask them. (iii)The food quantity and quality does not match to its cost price. { This is my humble request to the owner of this hotel to solve these problems otherwise this is also my humble request to all google maps and make my trip users to book rooms in Gaya try other hostel except it.}

Worst ever hotel in Gaya. The manager who talks over the phone is never present at the property and those who are present are only concerned about getting a tip from the customers. If they have to reimburse some amount, you'll have to pick a fight or else your money is gone. The washroom in Room 201 is an absolute mess. Pathetic experience at this hotel. Better to avoid as there are many good ones nearby.

The room was very messy and smelly. Toilet was not cleaned and no such home services was der. Moreover der behaviour was too rude. Charges extra 400 per person for 2 hour early check in.

Located opposite railway station. Overpriced rooms having absolutely no amenities. No wifi. No working tv. No breakfast. No hot water. No bed linen change. No toiletry.

Very quiet in terms of noise and very hospitable and polite staff,also nearest to the Gaya Junction ( 50 -100 m) from station and that too at a very reasonable price.

Very near to gaya raliway station. Rooms are well organised. All facilities are best but their charges are very high. You find best hotel in nominal rate near railway station.
