Pathetic experience,Firstly they have an issue with cards..Dont keep the card payment option if u have problem paying the taxes, secondly keep good food service if u dont want the customer to order from an out sourced restaurant. Saying i will send back the zomato guy if ordered from out side is not cool. You have lost a regular customer and also earned urself a bad review. Quality of the room is of no use if the quality of service is not matching it. I would rather opt for a bad room with good service than a good room with a bad service. And team Vinyasa residency dont worry you wont have to send back any zomato guys henceforth.
This Hotel is Located just 5 minutes from Bhayandar station. Really easy to find. The manager is a nice guy. We had some issues with online booking becsuse of which we were initially disappointed, but he adjusted the prices for us and did it offline and gave us the same room as we had expected. The Deluxe rooms are really big and as per expectations. Cleanliness is also taken well care of. Classic rooms are also good. Everything is as per the images we saw online. We also had free WiFi and a working TV. This place is great and safe for couples. We will definitely visit again :)
Staff were very courteous and Rooms were Excellent with Updated interiors and best part is there are Smart Tv's in all rooms with Netflix and OTT platforms updated,highly recommended to people who are looking for short stays with partner or business trip.
PATHETIC; WORST HOTEL EVER
Booked my room via MMT. Upon entry, the manager asked for more money. I said I have made a booking online and paid whatever was required. He denied and asked for 2000rs. More. Rooms are very small and on bad condition. Service is very bad and staff behaviors is unacceptable. The manager is very rudr and do not care about the guests at all. He is in his own ego trip.
I do not recommend this to anybody!
The AC was not working at all there was no Fan it was horrific we ordered lunch it took them 1 hrs to provide after requesting the staff and manager about the A/c not working condition no one bothered to change the room
In total it was really a pathetic experience
Excellent quality rooms and great service. The owner of the hotel and staff were very polite. I strongly recommend Hotel Vinyasa for a delightful stay in Mira Bhayander region.
