I stayed for one night during my journey from Chennai, which is close to Itarsi Railway Station. Rooms are good and available with basic need. My overall stayed was good, nice north indian food. I will prefer to stay.
Excellent working staff with coordinate nature and rooms are too clean and perhaps best in Itarsi... Rooms are comfortable with affordable prices.. The owner says, we can't do anything for mosquito, lizard, Rats... Its natural and they can freely live. Very bad service. They have AC remote in short. Very narrow lane of hotel entrance.

there was some mistake my my.end as the date was wrongly selected but then i had a telephonic conversation with Vineet from Vinayak Residency and he managed that booking to the correct date. Rooms are really superb and for cleanliness 5/5.
Hotel is located in a gully which is dirty at night time Hotel double bed rooms are not so large in size Hotel staff should stress more on cleanliness
