It's a good and clean hotel. The location is neaby to Bus stand and in close proximity to the Railway station. The food here is good but bit costly. Considering the price point the Hotel is really nice. I would definitely prefer this hotel on my next visit.

its worst hotel...No Hygiene... Insects are everywhere in Washroom and Room. Dirty rooms are there. I book executive Room for 3night but they provide me Deluxe room..3 times they changed room but condition was same. its very inside from road. Anyone can see the Condition of Washroom is Horrible. pls Don't book this hotel. Worst
I got Deluxe double bedroom for 3 nights during summer, here are the pros & cons:Pros:1. Value for money room.2. Smoking ventilation3. Polite staff & receptionist.4. Anytime room service.5. Good Laundry service.6. AC and TV were working fine.7. new basin style.8. ok ok food.(not too good not too bad, perfect for the price)9. can store food in the common fridge.Cons:1. Bathroom commode was old style western. (too small)2. Charging sockets are pathetic. can't even plugin properly.3. AC made more noise than average.4. no 24x7 kitchen and special varieties(like shakes & drinks) aren't available in late evening.5. One of the receptionists is rude on call. Doesn't explain if you call them to get any prior information about the hotel & rooms. verdict:Good for couples and solo's.average but clean bathrooms.all major services available.I would recommend one time visit without any issue. All things combined were above average and isn't too heavy on your pocket. If you have a long stay also, give it a try!Hassle free booking. Good behavior and bed quality was the best thing in the room. clean linen and towel. Mineral and RO water available.
Clean sheets. Tidy and spacious room and bathroom. Everything TV, AC Remotes etc worked perfectly. Apart from a good, brand new like property management was really friendly and quick. No complaints at all whatsoever. If I have to stay in bilaspur ever again this will definitely be my first choice. Food was also great. Real value for money. Keep it up. The Management. Felt like friends.
Located near Old Bus stand.Very neat and clean spacious room.Polite, well mannered,co operative staffs and management.Wash rooms are very clean.Wi fi enabled.Calm and peaceful stay.Restuarant ambiance is very pleasing.Only veg food is available.But out side Veg or Non veg foods are allowed in the room.I enjoyed a lot staying here. Nothing is there to dislike.All are very fine.Secured.
