Room service - none. AC not working properly, washroom was dirty, with black stains in wall hanging commode,eww. The bibcock and stopcocks, taps were never cleaned after the hotel was made and not working properly. Don't stay here ,the receptionist was very arrogant. price was high in terms of room.
This hotel is just not good for family. Please do not go there. The rooms are very unclean, railway toilets are cleaner than thier toilets. The behaviour of staff is very causal. There is no place for parking for self driven cars
Very bad experience. Management is very bad. The behavior of the staff member is very bad and rude as they make us feel like they have shown mercy on us by allowing us to stay at the hotel. No assistance. They don't even know how to behave with female guests. Maybe the owner don't know about all these.The staff members don't know what all channel's work in the T. V. . They only harrass by asking for id and other details multiple times. Owner should look into the matter. Only having good room is not enough. Good behavior is must. Expensive, but the service is good. They took 1250/- per room. They don't allow couples, so you have to take 2 rooms if you want a room there. The food was delicious and sufficient. If you buy 1 meal that will be sufficient for 2 people. The rooms were clean and lift service is there.
Only location is very good..Rooms are too small and clumpsy... No service at all..Guards sleep even if you call in the morning..Charges are very high according to rooms..

Tariff wise room prices are very expensive. Not a budget hotel. Rooms amenities as per tariff is nil. Only AC is there. No rooms have almirahs for clothes. Bathrooms are small with out stands and above all every room has TV but no connections. Horrible experience and I will not recommend any guest to be there. Meghdoot Hotel and Purbanchal Hotel are best recommended hotel.
