We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good . It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.
Do not book this hotel on any third party site! We tried to contact the hotel to inform that we were going to check in late, got no reply. Once we arrived, they were very quick to tell us that all rooms have been booked and they haven't got our booking. Once we showed them confirmation of reservation and payment, they said they can't help us and that we should contact Agoda or OYO. Luckily there was a nice hotel nearby who were happy to accommodate us.
Stay cautious travelers, I had booked 3 night, and paid for it all online (Agoda). I arrived and was denied straight away as they were fully booked. This has never happened before, but there were explicitly rude considering I could of been a potential guest if they actually had a room and were truly unhelpful. I'd say avoid at all costs. It was also closed down when I arrived - I had search behind the building to speak someone
Location was difficult to reach, as for someone who is new in the city, the Google maps navigation are the only hopes, which was not that fruitful. The room service was good but we ordered tea and it was all cold when it came to our room. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.
Nice hotel to stay, even hotel is near to all famous visiting places they have there on big parking space, very well behaved and cooperative staff, food is awesome, and all above all the rooms are very clean and the place is very peaceful no noise you can have very gentle sleep over there....
