I also went by reading reviews, but was really disappointed with the behaviour and service provided by the hotel s

We were not provided with bathing soap, toothpaste, shampoo not even once.
On asking for tea on the day of arrival, it was not provided till the day of checkout, and when we raised this concern we were told that we should have gone to the market and got it for ourselves on our own.
When we asked for newspaper, it was not provided till the day of our checkout.
Room was not cleaned even once during whole period of our stay, and for most part of our stay the area outside our room was also not cleaned.
Our privacy was breached, when a local person threatened us to leave the room as we had our pet with us, which we had taken along with us only after reading the pet friendly policy of hotel as mentioned by hotel itself on its google page and it's advertisement.
When we were checking out, nobody came to take luggage from our room to our car, we had to carry it ourselves from second floor to our car.
Even after such great service, we were repeatedly asked to make advance payment.
And when we gave review of 1 star we were harassed by the hotel manager Mr Sonu kumar dwivedi, as to why we dare to give 1 star.

We met some lovely people(host- Uncle & Aunt). They are friendly, helpful and caring like family. They arrange good homemade food and auto for us. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the location is near to Nidhivan.

Rooms are clean and the staff are super nice and helpful. All the staff was polite. The location is also very near to all the attractions like Banke Bihari mandir, Prem mandir, isckon mandir.

Best physiotherapy centre in Vrindavan. We visited this clinic while we were in Vrindavan for few days and my dad had face paralysis. The doctor is really good.
