Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic! I stayed at this hotel reception guy who has morning shift has no manners how to talk with customers so rude and unprofessional very very unprofessional i did a stain on their quilt by mistake that can easily get removed in laundry but he was so rude and arrogant and he was like police buladunga tum log ganda krte ho i mean seriously they just want to take money from you and he was continously saying apko iska 250 pay krna pdga bcz when i know vo laundry mei easily saaf hoskta hai then why would i pay extra for that just looting money! Don't opt for this hotel WORST WORST WORST HOTEL in haridwar

They are a nothing but goons, this hotel is a joke on the name of service. I got an executive room and it was full of cockroaches and lizards. Reported that to room service and they went deaf, no internet inside the room and when complained they said it's just complementary but not a part of fare, like WTH. They even said sit outside if internet is not accessible inside your room, pathetic people pathetic service. Rooms just look good but once you spend 10 minutes there you will know the hell you're gonna face next with nobody to hear you around. You won't even get bathroom slippers even after calling like 10 times, they'll ignore you blatantly. Especially the guy at reception whose name is "something Rawat" beware of him he's the worst.
Very pathetic service and quality of food has degraded very much. Don't eat here.
