HOTEL VINAYAK - Hotel in Raiganj - Dinajpur Uttar, India

Great service with great location. Rooms are standard and foods are also healthy and delicious for every age people. The best thing about it is the hospitality. They are hard working and ever smilling. Everyone welcomes you always with a sweet smile in face. Charming environment prevails everywhere in the hotel. In fact I can say it is the best hotel in Raiganj town ever.

Standard Hotel in Raiganj Uttar Dinajpur West Bengal. rooms are clean well furnished and food varieties are good. Okay for staying here. Only congested township roads.

Food is not good as earlier it use to be. We were 15people. All didn't liked the food.

Excellent stay with complete package. Room,food,, ambience, hotel staff behavior was very good. Would advise people to stay at Vinayak when you are in Raiganj.

I can't suggest about room aur food or something because we unable to fullfill there illogical check-in policy. first of all they never allow check-in for unmarried couple from any city that's ok this policy is quite reasonable but i am writing this review for married couple if you are married couple and you don't have marriage certificate or adhaar which shows wife of xyz. you can't check-in. marriages photo with family and friends is not helpful. So please insure before going to check-in send your aadhar or marriage certificate and take confirmation from hotel.

It is a hotel serving vegetarian food Food is good. Rooms are spacious having window air conditioning and separate single beds so it is good for business traveller's but people travelling with family may face some problems. However they have few double bedded rooms so you have to ensure the availability of it. Rooms are clean and service staffs are good Window acs in some rooms have fixed temperature so it is very trouble some for the boarders in the gruelling heat

Service staff is very rude, they don't care whether you are staying or not. Didn't cleaned the room, AC remote not working even after reminder. Cancelled my food order because I had one dessert item from outside even if I told them that I will have my dessert outside premises after food. Asked them to call manager which they did not. It seems like they are doing favour to you by letting you stay in the hotel.

Standard small town rooms, average linen, acceptable toilets, average food . The lift (elevator) noise at night is a nuisance.
