Location wise is good but the rooms are so dirty. Online it was showing 500 for the normal room so I booked the Suit room for 1400 but the rooms were so so so dirty. Water is coming out from the AC and there is no light in the bathroom . When I complained in the reception they said they will arrange but there was no response. The bedsheet was dirty. The overall experience is very bad.

ok ok experience. staff are really cooperative and fast service. food need to order from outside. bathroom was pathetic. water drop was coming from the geyser though it was switch off. inspite of cleaning twice still it was not clean, I have shared the pic. Water drop was coming from hand shower. water flow was good in the bathroom. I was for one day trip.

its a tough situation to stay in this room. i booked this room with the facility of early checkin on 19th Dec'18 and till checkout on 20th dec'18. on 19th dec'18 we reached the hotel 8:30 am. When we asked for room which was booked, the person was there at reception informed the room was not ready as the guest of earlier night was there and will checkout soon. then he offered us one alternate stating that checking to the hotel with another room. as we are getting late for attain the meeting we accept the offer and get us refreshed and moved with our plan. after we return in the evening around 7:45 pm we are stunned to saw the room, there was no power supply as some power connection problem in that room. again he offered another room for which we have provided images in the attachment. Then we connect to *** for alternate arrangement and get a facility in another hotel. after that when we are comming out of the hotel it hotel personnel asked for payment, when we denied for the same, than hotel person *** us that we can not leave the hotel untill pay the bills. Looking at the situation we paid Rs 500/- and left the place.(Bill attached for reference)
The hotel is good but the persons employed there prefer local persons. No complementary breakfast is available. Situated in the city so too much noise is there. Atmosphere is very good because there is a government hospital nearby and one get anything easily from small shops.
Poor room service. Cleaning is done in negligence and only on request. It takes them an hour or beyond to serve coffee ordered. Restaurant opens only after 12pm for lunch and 7pm for dinner. Most of what is mentioned in menu is not avaliable. No juice or snacks. The breakfast served in room is bought from local Street vendors. So hygiene can not be expected . Over all a bad experience on business visit.
I got a chance to celebrate Marriage Ceremony of my brother in law in Hotel Mangalam palace on march, 2021. Ample space, courteous staff and manager, beautiful decoration. Worth every penny spent. Superb Experience and Fully Recommended
