Rooms are good. Service is a concern here, they doubt you for every single thing and ask a lot of questions. Weird behaviour by every individual. Location wise it's fine, rooms are also fine. Service is a major thing which they need to realise. The tariffs sometimes are too high on online aggregators.

One of the worst electrical circuit connection in any socket, 3cell phone chargers & 2 laptop charger adaptors including my laptop & cell phone were corrupted due to short circuit spent around 6000/- to repair my cellphone & laptop. The best hotel you can find in the area, but certainly urban dwellers will find it a tad bit inconvenient. Mattresses can be cleaned better. No water bottle provided for the cost spent. Only one towel provided for all occupants. Final day, lift stopped working.
Booked for three days. Delayed 2-3 hrs for checkout.. charged for four days.. nobody asked us whether we are continuing for fourth day or not.. they have imagined them self that we are going to stay for fourth day and charged one day bill for extra hours.. they can change the rules as per their requirements and mindset but customer will be notified about rules only during billing.. don't waste your valuable money by staying in this hotel.. amount is for too much for the third class given facility.
