Hotel Vikrant Residency - Hotel in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

Been here in January 2023, Definitely not an ideal place to stay if you have been to good hotels. I took a room here for freshening up for a few hours on my way to Lonavala. If your budget is 2000 and below or you also wish to freshen up on your way to lonavala, then this maybe a good option but please note that 1. Location is on the outskirts 2. The rooms are dark and unpleasant 3. There are wall damages and paint chipping in certain locations that make it unpleasant 4. The washrooms are neat but not as neat as the images appear. 5. No toiletries provided 6. Bad room service

Decent Hotel. No nonsense services with basic amenities. Only 2 items in food. Reception on first floor and rooms. Worth trying for Vada pav outside hotel.

Has to be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are small, dark and dingy. The ratings are completely botched and it is a shame that a company like treebo has stuck their name next to this abomination. The hotel does not have a lift, room service or even wifi. The rooms smell stale with the bedsheets and beds stinking to a point where i removed them completely. The breakfast was inedible and there was not even a provision of water.

Rooms are expensive compared to the size of the rooms, though the rooms were superclean, I think they assume the supplementaries they provide like towels, bed covers are clean & not used by previous guest. Therefore they don't find it necessary to change it even if we insist them.

Reception is misleading and misguiding. The amout agreed is changed. says if you need bill we will need money for GST. Also hotel is involved in Tax Evasion, offers payment without bill and not paying GST. Poor experience. Tea not in time. Checkout takes 30 minutes.

Rooms are fair enough. But staff and receptionist is very rude. Concern person didn't even thought before telling customer " aap kahin aur hotel mein room dekh lo". I was shocked when customer is check-in and he respective staff will tell them such words. We had to check in as we had no options. Also When I approached that your rates are hire that oyo quoted, his reply was our rates are this and now we will not allow you to check in through oyo. Very very disappointed with reply...think twice before booking. M not going to come back again in this hotel.

Rooms are decent. Not very spacious though. Rooms and bathrooms are good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. But the area where the hotel is situated is not good at all. And definitely not safe at night. Their restaurant spice grill is really good. Staff was a bit unprofessional and confused amongst each other about how to proceed guest check-in.

Four star just because of room and location,. Hotel staff is not that good, you hv Pimpri chinchwad corporation nearby, central location so easy access to nearby places. I think this hotel is best in this locality. Just check if you het less price or deal somewhere else. Free Breakfast included but options are ok. Nearby hotels are available, so u need not depend on hotel food, fast food is also easily available, domino's is nearby so u can order.
