We visited this hotel to stay during our Tirupati visit. The hospitality was pathetic. After enquiry, me and friend had to wait for few minutes for others to join to book rooms but then the receptionist started yelling at us for waiting and asked us to leave. Was so rude that we couldn't stand there for more than 5 minutes so decided not to stay. Really people like her are spoiling the essence of such holy place
Hotel is almost 25 yrs old, they haven't upgraded anything in the rooms - Interiors and exteriors.. One looking for Good Rooms you can skip this Hotel Rooms are very small but for the cost INR 1400 NON AC and 1800 for AC are decent deals
Good hotel for 1000 rs non AC room. Initially they said 1200 rs for 2 people. Finally gave discount. Hot water available in the morning. Free unlimited mineral water. Located near to bus stand.

If there was an option of minus stars then they don't even deserve -ve rating. That's how pathetic is their service and rooms. Room is very dirty and no hot water service. Staffs are rude. They behave like we are staying for free.

It's located in the main city opposite the bus stand. You can get good accommodation here, room rent is also genuine, service is good, overall trustable.
We thought to go to this hotel as it is nearby busstand but the lady receptionist was very arrogant and worst service was provided . Waste of money and it was a horrible experience for us to stay for a night. No neatness and no proper maintanence. First please fire that lady receptionist,she is not treating the customers properly.
