I stayed at their room for two days, from my experience the cleanliness was quite good with proper functioning of water running at almost all the time although the Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely poor as I stayed at 3rd floor in spite of having Wi-Fi network there was no internet and proper internet was there on ground floor, rooms were quite small enough for two persons, prices Little bit higher according to room space allotted, overall a nice experience as the residence is located at the prime location covering Jagadamba Junction, R.K. Beach at walkable distance.
Rooms are small in size but as per the price it is adequate. Cleanliness is alright. Room cleaning not done daily though. Location is around 600mtr from Jagadamba junction. Hot water for bath is from solar powered heater only. Have not used their room service much so no comments on that.
Decent hotel to stay, it's a old building and no parking facility. You got to park outside of the hotel. Rooms are okay. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not quite white as they have been using the same since a long time. Rooms are not so big. Staff behaviour is very good. They will get you the food from outside as they don't have restaurant in the hotel.
Really satisfied with the rooms. But the tap water in some rooms is bad. Staffs are good.
Good budget hotel, rooms are average size but has enough space for three family members. Amenties includes free WiFi connectivity. Staff are good in nature. Overall it's a good place for staying 2-3 days.
Worst service and if you are planning to stay here please eat outside in hotels or arrange for it. They overcharged money for food you ordered and give you anything , they took 700 INR from me for food for three person and give me one persons meal which was nonveg. When i asked them about it they responded rudely. My parents didn't eat that night because they are vegetarian and market was closed there were a lot of drunkards in that place +smell of alcohal.They do not take identified cards at that place.This was my personal experience here in hotel vijayabhanu near CMR
Small rooms, neatness ok, restrooms bad, no hot water. I would have given 1.5 stars if I could. Mainly, this is a lodge and not a hotel exactly, and is not so great in reputation around. So, think twice before choosing this for family, but it would be better for budget bachelors.

This is good hotel, Everythings are good but last day when we were Gone for sight scene and the key was in reception Then 1.5 ltrs minarel water was stolen.when we complain to reception They were gave me 1ltr sealed water. The job was Done by room service. This is the only problem which was happend with us. Now this is not a question of 1.5 ltrs water. This is question of security. Now decision is yours......
