The Food Of the Restaurant was The Worst I've Ever Had. Food quality was very poor. We ordered Alu Parathas and paneer Parathas most of them were partially cooked and ther was hardly stuffing in it.. we were 20 members.. left hungry in the journey.. worst experience ever...
Bestest food i ever had on Train. I booked a Thali from Hotel Vijay by IRCTC App, payment mode was COD. They delivered a parcel directly on my seat. packing was good and Hygienic. Food was testy, like our outside Restaurants. I traveled a lot via a Train but First time I got Hygienic and tasty food on Train. Absolutely a trust worthy hotel. Try once. I ordered Veg Biryani from IRCTC Ecatering app, Taste and Quality is very good, packing is also up to the mark. Costs Rs131 for Veg Biryani, and you get delivery at your reservation seat. Quantity is sufficient for 1 person

Highly recommended if you are travelling via Ahmednagar. Its very rare to find good food while travelling on Indian train. Food at Hotel Vijay is very tasty, hygienic and delivered at your Coach on time. Once I ordered Dal khichadi 10 min before and it was delivered at my coach. Thank you so much Hotel Vijay.
We took food delivery in train today, ordered their Delux thali (MISSING ITEMS: sweet, salad, pickle, water bottle were MISSING), paneer bhurji was good, tandoori paratha was chewy like rubber & was made of maida.... Overall Ok-Ok food
Food was good but it was completely unhygienic. I ordered Aloo paratha and it was served with curd but no pickle as mentioned in the order menu. Lassi I ordered was packed in silver packet and a glass was provided for it. That disposable glass was completely dirty from inside. If you are charging 300 + for a paratha, please make sure you are providing basic hygiene with the food. Not recommended at all. Thank you.
