Recently visited this place but was worst experience for what they charge. -Dirty walls with patch works -Wont provide water bottle -Small bathroom with leakage in Hand faucet -Asked for zero bulb though holder was provided, but they didn't provide.
We visited in July. We booked through Agoda. The rooms are not same as like the pictures showed in the Agoda website. In the website it showed more of big room but comparatively small room. Water facilities are good. Rooms can be better conditioned. Good Wi-Fi is available 24/7. City view rooms are so good. Kinda of peaceful seeing the view of the mountains. Location is perfect. Kapila theertham is walkable distance approximately 5mins. Good and quality restaurants are available near to the hotel. Bus services or other transportation services to reach tirumala are available in 5 mins walkable distance.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tirupati during my visit to the city and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel was easy to locate and had ample parking space for my vehicle. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, TV, air conditioning and a clean bathroom with hot water. The staff were courteous and always willing to help with any requests or queries I had during my stay. One of the best things about this hotel was its proximity to the major tourist attractions in Tirupati. It was just a short drive away from the famous Sri Venkateswara Temple, which was a huge plus for me as I didn't have to spend too much time travelling to and from the temple. Overall, I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Tirupati and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.
