A Regrettable Stay: Hotel View Fails to Impress with Lackluster Service My recent stay at Hotel View left much to be desired, as the promising name failed to translate into a positive experience. While the rooms offered a decent level of comfort and the physical aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, the overall stay was significantly dampened by the dismal service, especially from the receptionist. Upon arrival, the entrance to Hotel View immediately set the tone for disappointment. The lackluster exterior failed to convey the warmth and appeal expected from a reputable hotel. It seemed neglected, leaving an unfavorable impression that unfortunately extended to the service within. The check-in process was disheartening, largely due to the receptionist's demeanor. This individual was one of the least accommodating and professional staff members I've encountered. Their cold and dismissive attitude towards any inquiries or requests conveyed an alarming lack of interest in ensuring guests felt welcome. A hospitable reception is crucial for a positive stay, and Hotel View fell short in this aspect. The overall service throughout the hotel was consistently subpar. Staff members appeared indifferent to guest needs, with requests often met by delays or outright negligence. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of genuine hospitality, as if guests were an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. Although the rooms themselves were a silver lining, boasting cleanliness and adequate amenities, the pervasive apathy displayed by the staff overshadowed any positive aspects. A hotel's success hinges not only on its physical attributes but equally on the quality of service provided. Despite the initially promising name, Hotel View left much to be desired due to the regrettable service, particularly from the receptionist. The physical accommodations hinted at potential, but until there's a significant improvement in customer service, this establishment fails to meet the expected standard. Prospective guests may find their stay marred by the stark contrast between the inviting name and the lackluster service that defines the overall experience.

Basic hotel suite, nice and close to the airport. Room is good enough. The price is fair so you get your moneys worth here. The reception are friendly and helpful with what you need and they can organise trips for you to Agra and other places + airport pickups and drop offs. Rohtsan behind the desk helped me quite a lot during my stay and also the main manager. I'm not sure of his name.

The cleanest and spacious hotel all amenities with good hospitality in Mahipalpur I hv stayed in last 15 years. Keep it up.

They are cheaters. Please avoid booking here. We booked it for senior citizen dad who had a prepaid booking. But the hotel refused the room. It was midnight and they kept him waiting for over 2 hours. Then they took him to another hotel and accommodated in a very bad and substandard room. Horrible experience.

Its a worst place who only value money and not customers. I had been here for 3 days but I partially cancelled and checked out in 1 day. Early morning the guy at reception straight away denies for Dental kit and iron and they have mentioned these facilities on their portal. On that I complained on the portal, their manager straight away said that customer never came to us and we all have this facilities. I asked refund for the stay I did not complete and they denied. Im going to complaint in the consumer forum. This is how you all play with your customers. This shows how much value you got for your customers.

I recently stayed at Hotel View and found it to be an average experience. The hotel was located in a convenient area and had a pleasant exterior. The lobby was clean and spacious, and the staff at check-in were friendly. My room was comfortable but somewhat dated in terms of decor and furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, such as a television, air conditioning, and a small refrigerator.
