Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic since it is situated inside the fort. The service and behaviour of the staffs is fantastic. The food served here is like home made food. They make fresh food everytime you order. Overall a great experience and i strongly recommend everyone this place.

This place is all about age old Haveli feels with extremely courteous staff and heritage vibes. Very good homely food and generous help for their guests. Highly recommended place to stay in the fort area.

One of the best and the most homely places to stay when in Jaisalmer! The hotel, the city view from its rooftop, the food and the host- Pankaj ji and his entire family, everything was wonderful! They made us feel so cared for that we felt more like a family than guests. Loved every bit of our stay here and I would highly recommend hotel Victoria to anyone who is planning to visit Jaisalmer!

Excellent location you get very good view of the city from their terrace where the restaurant is located. Rooms are also clean with comfortable beds. We ordered pulao which was bit oily. Staff is very courteous and kind.

We stayed here for a couple of days and the rooms and facilities were extremely clean. The view from the jharokha style rooms was also splendid. Would recommend 100% for the complete experience. The staff also very helpful.and always available

Hotel is situated in the Jaisalmer Fort, which is great if you want to explore important landmarks like Raja-Rani ki Haveli, Jain Mandir and Patwon Ki Halweli. Alot to shop around the place. We booked the room with balcony and it had a great sunset view. You could see the whole Jaisalmer city from the balcony. Room was very clean and had a heritage look to it. Hotel also offers a terrace where you can have your means whilst enjoying the beautiful Jaisalmer view. Service was fantastic! This hotel is a must visit!

Un petit bijoux a ne pas rater a Jaisalmer! Des chambres spacieuses , nous sommes venus avec nos deux enfants de 15 et 9ans et avions pris deux chambres. Magnifique balcon, on peut meme y dormir! Super service! Personnela a l'ecoute. Ne pas hesiter de demander car ils peuvent creer des miracles:safari, taxi etc... Un grand merci Naveen!
