Disappointing Stay I recently had a stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The rooms and bath area were not up to par in terms of cleanliness. It was evident that proper attention to detail was lacking, and the overall hygiene standards fell short of expectations. To make matters worse, essential toiletries were missing, adding inconvenience to an already underwhelming stay. This oversight reflects poorly on the hotel's attention to guest needs. The breakfast offered minimal options, making it less than satisfying. A broader selection would have significantly improved the overall guest experience. Considering the subpar conditions and limited amenities, the hotel did not provide adequate value for the money spent. It's disheartening when expectations aren't met, especially when paying for a service. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the hotel, urging them to address these issues and enhance the overall guest experience. Future guests deserve a more comfortable and pleasant stay.
Nice place to stay. Large parking area. Exclusive dining hall. But only issue is all the items mentioned in the menu card not available It may be due to less occupancy of rooms on week days.
Had been to this place on 1st oct. Ambience, service is good. Issue faced with the cot. Cot is not in good condition. It kept moving whole night. Couldnt sleep at all. Had a bad experience due to lack of sleep whole night. That changed the every levels and next days plan.
Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good parking space for 4 wheelers. However due to limited occupancy in hotel food options were limited. I paid 4k per night which is huge. book this hotel if you get any deals within 2k.
Worst ever experience. There were a lizard in my room & staff was denied to change the room. Also no hot water is available in bathroom.
This place badly needs overhauling and renovation. Seems cost cutting measures are eating into guests comforts
The balcony door lock was broken and there was no way to lock it. The toilet tissue roll was dirty and yellow with rust stains. Though they say hot water is 24/7 but it isn't so and has to be manually asked. Tv remote does not work well and there are no tv channels that are available except the free channels. They say that buffet is available but it's based on the number of occupancy as per their message. Mattress is hard. Advantage is spacious parking.
This property is not tourist hotel. Rooms of different types available in 3 floors. Mostly booked for people attending marriage n functions in same location. Except bedding & soaps, no amenities in the room. including mineral water. RO water drum in every floor. Guests have to fill their bottles. However staff & service persons are responsive to arrange needful in their capacity. Near to palace, nearby budget restaurant, and big car parking are on positive side
