Hello Vetro Inn Staff, This is Kapil Joshi from Ahmedabad,I would say that location of Hotel is nearby to Railway Station so very much ease in walking and food is extra ordinary cleanliness is good Morning Breakfast is very delicious in taste along with many varieties of items to choose for.Staff is cooperative and nice tireless stay in hotel is very much convenient, that helps you to freshen up next day with full of energy to go for your work. Over All very good Hotel in every aspects.

Nice location pros. 1. Clean room 2. Clean washroom 3. my room size was OK. 4. nominal charges of water bottles. they were billing at MRP nothing extra. 5. room was divided in portions that was good. 6. location was good. 7. food taste was good 8. staff was responsive. cons 1. no in room dining. they serve tea, sandwiches and water only. In one way it is good thing. 2. no complimentary water bottle 3. No tea maker overall I liked and can stay again.

The rooms of the hotel are of very small size as compared to its high price. You can get a much better hotel at this price.

Hotel Vetro Inn is located at a convenient location near to Surat Railway Station. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Restaurant food is also very delicious. Staff is friendly and well behaved. Overall I highly recommend this hotel in Surat. Done

Near Surat Station, Nice and clean Rooms, Staff is good. Reasonable charges. Breakfast n dinner are really good.

Very nice team of people, very kind to our group. They let us in even if we arrived very early, also let us leave the rooms later due to our late train. Very nice food and service in general. They also guide us to go to the train station and helped us always with our questions and needs.For sure we would stay there again if we go to Surat :)

Great Vegetarian Buffet for breakfast & dinner. Rooms though small are sufficient for Single occupancy. Proximity to Railway & Bus Station. Limited but prompt room service. Clean Rooms & well appointed takes care of all basic needs. Very Friendly & cooperative staff... Good Buffet & Location

Pretty good for a budget hotel. Decent and clean rooms/toilets. Toiletries were provided and hot water was also available. TV, wifi everything was working. Parking is limited, but was available to us fortunately. In-room dining options are limited to bread items, but taste good. Breakfast buffet was also good. Staff is courteous and very helpful specially the reception staff. The only con is that you have to cross heavy traffic to reach the hotel.
