The hotel was alright. The room was smelling like cigarettes when we went in first time and the bed sheets were dirty and collecting dust. We had to get all of that changed. Service was good; the staff obliged without any attitude to all our requests to clean the room. But we had to ask for it. The location is near to airport but stingy. Cab service is provided by the hotel if you need it and is decent.
The rooms are excellent, and the bathroom is neat. The bed and bedsheets are clean. Each room is equipped with a television, kettle, air conditioning, and 24-hour hot water supply. The hotel's proximity to the airport is highly convenient, as it is just a 10-minute drive from terminal T1 by taxi. Although the entry lane to the hotel may be slightly congested, it is a minor issue that can be overlooked. Additionally, the hotel offers a secure gated parking area with a dedicated security guard. Staff is good also the food served was tasty. Overall good hotel for the price we paid. Felt safe as a couple.
The hotel was fantastic.. the rooms were clean and comfortable.. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.. The location was great close to the IGI airport & public transportation.. the service was incredible.. the food was also amazing.. Overall our experience was great and we would love to stay here again...
Very beautiful property.. Room service was quick.. breakfast was delicious.. And they were really understanding towards our request.. All of the people are incredibly good and friendly... We had a wonderful room and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff.. We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit...

It's very near to the airport which is convenient. The place is really good except a few minor things. The rooms are good. Clean and sanitized rooms,washrooms in lobby were very clean and tidy. Staff specially in housekeeping is very helpful and supportive and make our stay very comfortable.

Very bad, not clean, all leakage in washroom, no clean beadsheeet. No clean quilt. Not advisable to stay. Very bad. They have made hotel into a brothel. Very unkept. Doesn't look like a hotel at all. No towel. When asked got dirty towel. Bathroom leaking. Staff misbehaved from laundry to reception. My night with family was made miserable hell. Only one from kitchen was decsent. Especially Ashutosh Chaudhary at receptionreception, misbehaved argued badly for bedsheet. Behavior illustrated the hotel to be a brothel run by Ashutosh Chaudhary.
